We suggest hand washing your bras. In this way it’s longevity will be longer. Fill your sink with water and rub it gently with a mild soap. Let soak for 5-10 minutes, rinse and hang to dry. Do not machine dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softeners.
Although hand washing is always recommended for delicate fabrics, you can machine wash your panties, in a cold, gentle cycle, using a mild detergent. Do not wash with garments that may snag, catch or pull on delicate fabrics.
Shipping & Returns
Extra fees are added at your border if your package exceeds your local threshold levels for personal imports. Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery. Any taxes and customs fees into any country are the responsibility of the receiver.

We ship worldwide via Cyprus Post. You will get a tracking number so you can check your parcel at any time. If you don’t see your tracking info please contact us and we will check with Cyprus Post.

US orders usually need 15 days to arrive & EU orders around 1 week to 10 days.
If you want your order to arrive at a specific date you have the choice at checkout of express shipping. You can always contact us for any special requests.
For orders in Cyprus, we ship via Akis Express or ACS courier. Orders in Cyprus will arrive in 1-2 days from the day that your package has been dispatched
If you wish to return your purchase for a defective product or for an incompatible size then the return shall take place not later than within 10 days from the day of receiving the package. You have to inform us via email to email@example.com
The returned goods shall not have signs of use. Each element has to be complete and have its original packaging, the goods shall be in unchanged condition, without signs of use. Any costs of goods returning are borne to the client. For defective goods, the money will be returned to you in the amount not higher than paid by the shop when sending the goods.
The defective goods will be exchanged for other, full-valued goods and if it’s impossible the shop will return the money to the client in the amount equal to the product’s value, or offer him/her other products available.
You can cancel your order only before it will be confirmed by the shop. In the case of paid order, the shop returns the money deducted by bank and accounting service costs.
You can only correct your order to the moment of receiving the order receipt confirmation from the shop.
