Webpage implies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
The present Terms & Conditions form part of the purchase contract contents, concluded between the seller and the customer. The seller reserves the right to introduce changes in these Τerms & Conditions in case of change of legal provisions or in order to improve the website work, as well as to improve protection of user’s privacy and prevent them from abuses.
Circumstances that are not regulated by these Terms & Conditions are subject to the legislation applicable for activity and functioning of online shops in the Republic of Cyprus.
To place an order you shall follow the procedure of our online shop.
In the case of giving false, incomplete or incorrect data in placing your order – we will try, if
possible, to contact the customer in order to complete or correct them. If the contact cannot be executed with the information provided, we have the right to withdraw from the contract.
In any case the shop reserves the right to withdraw from a transaction in case of unavailability of a product or, incorrect personal data. In such a case, the money paid by a customer will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer.
The customer can only correct his/hers order up until the moment of receiving the “order receipt confirmation” from the shop.
Customer’s Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without any need to give reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear whose safety seal has been broken after dispatch. To exercise the right to withdraw, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal declaration through the email: email@example.com
Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of withdrawal, we will refund the customer all the payments received after
purchase, including the delivery expenses (with the exception of additional expenses arising
from a decision by the customer to choose a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery we offer) without undue delay and in all cases within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the present contract. We will process said refund using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly stated otherwise. Under no circumstances will the customer incur any expense as a consequence of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received. The customer must return or deliver the goods directly without any undue delay and within 14 days of the date on which we are notified of the decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed complied with if the goods are returned before expiry of said deadline. The customer shall bear the cost of postage expenses.
Order Receipt Confirmation and Order Confirmation emails
Next, upon placing your order, you will receive an email informing you that we have received your order. (“Order Receipt Confirmation”). Remember that it does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders depend on our acceptance and upon availability of the product. If there is no availability, the customer will be notified immediately. In addition, if the amount was already charged for the unsent item, the amount will be refunded to the customer, using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
If we have accepted your order and the ordered product is available we will send you an email confirming your order in which we will also confirm the shipping of the order (“Order Confirmation”).
The products ordered in our online shop are delivered in Cyprus by means of a courier company (Akis Express or Acs courier). For the rest of the world they are dispatched through Cyprus Post. Tracking number for your package will be provided.
Shipping cost is included in the final price. You can request an express shipping that will be of additional charges.
Return and Exchange of products
After receiving the products, the customer shall carefully check the package and the goods and immediately inform us about possible defect, if possible within the same day of delivery or the latest within 2 days from delivery.
If the customer wishes to return a defective product to the seller or a product with incompatible size then the return shall take place immediately, the latest within 10 days from the day of receiving the package. The customer has to fill the in-return form from the website, print it and enclosed it in the return package which shall be send at the following address: Akarnanon 2, Strovolos 2021, Cyprus.
If no filled-in-return form is enclosed, the shop can refuse to accept the returned goods from the customer. The returned goods shall not have signs of use. Each element has to be complete and have its original packaging, the goods shall be in an unchanged condition, without signs of use. Any costs of goods returning are borne by the customer.
The defective goods or producst with incompatible size which are sent back to us, upon the request of the customer, can be exchanged with the same product, if available, or other products of the same value. Otherwise we will return the money paid by the customer, to the customer in the amount equal to the product’s value.
In cases of return of products we recommend you sending the return by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
The postage expenses of items being exchanged or returned shall be borne by the customer and under no circumstances we will accept returns sent with postage expenses.
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the shop and/or remove or modify any material or content from the website, at any time. Although, we will do everything we can to execute all orders, there may appear exceptional circumstances that will force us to refuse to execute your order, even after sending “Oorder Receipt Confirmation” or Order Confirmation, for which we will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund you with the money already paid.
We are not liable to the customers or any other third parties for withdrawing any product from our shop, irrespective of its being sold or not, as well as for removing or changing materials or contents from the website, or for refusing to execute an order after sending “order receipt confirmation” or “Order Confirmation”.
We will send the ordered goods on the date mentioned in the “Order Confirmation” and the goods will be delivered on the date stated on the “Order Confirmation”. If no delivery date is stated there, the goods will be delivered the latest within 1 month from the “Order Confirmation”
If for any reason, which is not under our control, we are not able to comply with the delivery date mentioned above, we will inform our customer about it as soon as possible and we will offer – to choose – continuation of order execution with prolonged delivery period.
Delivery may be delayed because of the following reasons: unforeseen circumstances, delivery zone and/or any other force majeure events such as a war, strike, riot, crime, epidemic, pandemic, sudden legal changes, which prevents us from fulfilling our obligations.
